Cancel Order Policy

At Sisterhood Custom Creations LLC, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Custom / Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for options in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.
Once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
